Jacklyn Frias | Counselling
Jacklyn is looking to break down the stigma around counselling. She understands that we need time and space to work out our minds just as much as our bodies. Her talk therapy sessions will enable you to breakdown the thoughts rolling around in your head. She’ll work with you to develop strategies, coping skills and attitudes that will allow you to be the best version of yourself.
