Personal Training

Our one hour sessions are based on YOUR fitness goals. Whether you are training for a marathon, want to gain muscle or just looking to get in better shape, these sessions will push you, support you, and teach you how to maintain.

 

Fitness Classes

Whether you're a 7-day a week fitness addict or just looking for a fun and supportive space to get fit, we've got a class for you! From Boot Camp to Yoga, HIIT, whatever your flavour and your skill-level, we'd be happy to have you!

Boxing

This is a great workout if you are looking to build stamina, get lean, or improve agility, endurance and coordination. It will teach you basic self defense skills and even contribute to your mental health; giving you a chance to burn not only calories but stress.

Physical and Mental Health work hand-in-hand. At JF Fitness and Therapy we realize this and encourage people to stay active in all aspects of their health.
