Using a stand up paddle-board is a fast and fun way to tone your body, head to toe. Constant core engagement, bent legs and active arms is what makes this class a powerful way to maximize your work out...while still getting a strong dose of vitamin D. Learn to paddle and paddle hard.

Our Paddle Canada Certified SUP Instructors can also offer a variety of private classes and courses for individuals or groups up to 12 people including:
